Toy Farmer Show Report: 25th Gateway Mid-America Toy Show a Super Weekend!

Saturday had something for everyone. The auction sale floor was crowded with bidders and consignments. One high point was the sale of a custom built CaseIH 8010 combine for $3,800 - receiving a round of applause. Gateway Farm Toy Club once again sponsored their outstanding model & display contest. Winners from the contest are listed below.

The auction and display spaces were transformed on Sunday to expand the show by over 100 additional exhibitor tables. Sunday closed with the raffle drawing of a Cub Cadet lawn tractor celebrating the show's anniversary - autographed by the show's exhibitors. The winning ticket holder was Fred Manhart of Stewardson, IL. Show dates for next year are February 2-4, 2007.
