The neighbors have three dogs that love to come over to the farm and visit with their fellow canines, but that's just a cover. It's the cats that they're really after. Chigger, the rat terrier, is especially fond of the chase. She will meander across the road without a care in the world, pretending to be on a leisurely stroll. Most of the cats know her routine and will scatter long before she arrives, but Chigger is patient. She knows there are a couple of kittys who aren't wise to her antics.
