Oisin O'Conchubhair specializes in converting 1/32 scale static die-cast models into radio-controlled models, sharing his experiences on YouTube since 2011. His website is a source of information for both farm and construction model conversions. Novices will want to visit his website and watch his videos at www.rctractorguy.com for tips on building their won radio-controlled (RC) farm machinery. Of his website, Oisin said, "Whether you simply want to take an existing RC car, gut it and use the parts to make your model tractor move or you want to add lights, functioning three-point link or anything else you can think of, you'll be able to find your answer here." Oisin only builds for his own enjoyment, since he simply doesn't have the time to build for other collectors. "I share what I'm doing on my YouTube channel and my website," he said. "That way, other modelers can copy my ideas or use my code if they want to." His website also has an RC blog and forum link. PERFECTING THE HOBBY Perfecting his RC code proved to be a problem. He has been building, tearing down and rebuilding models for four or five years, "trying to perfect the code." He thinks his current code is reliable, so he has placed it as an Arduino library so other modelers can download it and install the library if they want the code. This is a great gift to other RC modelers.
